Opening up to the world, to international markets and to independent and experimental film productions everywhere, is today a necessity for anyone hoping to understand the developments in the ‘Seventh art form’ – cinema- its new forms of expression, and the possibilities for distribution and promotion.
This is the case of Levante Film Fest (LFF) now at its 7th Edition and renamed: Levante International Film Festival (LIFF) conceived with the purpose to build one of the most important International Festival of Independent Cinema in South Italy.
Continuity and innovation, opening up to new horizons while guaranteeing its original aim: the support of independent cinema. These are the principles underlying our commitment for this edition.

Aprire al mondo. Al mercato internazionale e a tutte le produzioni cinematografiche indipendenti e sperimentali, è ormai necessità assoluta per chi vuole comprendere l’evoluzione della settima arte alle prese con nuove forme di diffusione e promozione.
È questo il caso del LevanteFilmFest (LFF), ormai alla sua VII Edizione, rinato e trasformato in Levante - International Film Festival (LIFF), per costruire uno dei più importanti Festival Internazionali di Cinema Indipendente del Sud Italia.
Continuità e innovazione, allargamento degli orizzonti e salda fermezza sulla scelta originaria di servire un cinema non commerciale sono i principi alla base dell’impegno per questa edizione.
